This years's VBS program, July 19th through July 23rd, was a great success.
o 21 Children in grades K-6 attended.
o 8 Teen helpers led children's groups.
o 9 Adult members taught our children and helped and supported our teen leaders.

Christian Passover
18 members and friends joined together for this celebration of our Old Testament heritage. Once again Gay and Ruth prepared a wonderful lamb dinner that was enjoyed by all.
25 of our members and friends joined together to enjoy 'Church Family Time' and had a good time even though our team lost and we had a little rain.

Family Activity Day (all ages).
- Hiking, Fishing and Swimming in Lower San Antonio Canyon September 18th 10 AM to 2 PM. Sign up during August
- Children's Church Start-up September 19th. Pool part and Bar-B-Que. See Paul Hannosh for details
Youth Church (2nd and 4th Sundays:
- Paul Hannosh leads our Sunday School program with the aid of his wife Kathryn. Additional full time (two Sundays an month) and Substitute teachers are still needed. Anyone willing to help teach classes once or twice a month, please contact Paul Hannosh.
- Youth Church is on summer break. The youth and teachers will have a kick-off Bar-B-Que after church Septmber 12 to celebrate the beginning of the new Sunday School year.
TGIF VBS Movie Nights; 5-7:30 PM
- Movie Nights are usually the second Friday of each month. See the Sunday Bulletin or Post Office Community bulletin board for details and exact dates.

- 5-5:30 Games, Crafts or Bible stories.
- 5:30-7:30 Two movie screens; one animated movie and one G or PG movie.
- Candy, Pop-corn and Drinks for all children.
