Understanding Salvation and Sin
In this message the contrast in Christian focus between Salvation and Grace verses Sin and the Law are discussed. The emphasis is in understanding that the "Victory" of salvation over sin and the fact that we live in grace rather than under the Law is no excuse for not talking about and knowing the Law.
Living in the world
In this message we focus on the use of scripture to guide our lives with an emphasis on remembering our roles as His messengers to glorify God. A further guidance was given from scripture to avoid the temptation to legislate compliance to His moral and ethical standards, relying instead on the Holy Spirit to draw both ourselves and otters to lovingly submit to Him.
He Is Risen
In this Easter Service vocal presentations of the Easter Hallelujah (Paul @ 21:42 of this video) and the Via Dolorosa (Patti @1:04 of this message) are part of a message in two parts. The first part by Pastor Chris (27:24 of this video), a study of the trial of Jesus and the irony of His trial and the second part by Pastoe Ron (1:07 of this video) explaining why the suffering of Jesus had to be so horrific and public and the vital impact of the resurrection. In this video Pastor Ron recaps the "Fireside 1' video, "Christian Grace" to answer questions asked from viewers. Following that recap he leads the viewers through an examination of the disciples thoughts and the reaction of Jesus as indicated in John 14:1-4. This reflection on that passage will give comfort to those who often or occasionally feel that they fall short in their walk with God. Some audio and video difficulties occurred during the recording of this video, but hopefully they do not detract significantly from its message.
