Celebration of Life for Rick Upshaw
Rick has been a wonderful example of faith. A family man and dedicated servant of Christ in both health and in times of trial; he will be missed- but not forgotten!

2018 Community Christmas Play December 16th at 6 PM
Auditions November 26th 6-7 PM; November 28th and 30th 3-4:30 PM;
Come to any of the three audition days or contact the church and let us know what characters or stage assistant parts your student is interested in. Characters Needed!
In addition to the Nativity characters (Joseph, Mary, Jesus, Wise Men, and Shepherds) we will need three angels willing to fly above our set and vocalists for solos, duets and trios as well as our Angel Choir. CLICK HERE to find a list of characters and more information
Everyone gets a part!
We rewrite the script and add songs as needed to make sure everyone who wants to participate has an age and talent appropriate part; no one is left out. We even have parts ready for those who show up the night of the play!
Mt Baldy School Students need permission to take the bus!
If parents will not be available to transport their students to the church for rehearsals, permission forms must be submitted to to Mt Baldy School to allow MBS students to ride the bus and exit at the Mesa Bus Stop to the supervision of Pastor Ron Thomas or Gay Thomas. Parent Volunteers Needed
Parents can be a real help during the rehearsals by helping in our breakout groups to memorize lines and to learn songs. Providing after school snacks, and being part of our 'Angel Flight Crew. are other ways you can be of great assistance.

Special Events
The 'Old Rugged Cross"
The Mt Baldy Cross has stood as a symbol of community and faith since 1953. Each year on Palm Sunday, we bring it to the church and walk in the 'Procession of the Cross' to return it to it's hillside home. No one forgets the first time they walk with 'His' cross on their shoulder. Join us after the service or come for the entire experiance!
We LOVE our kids!
Sunday School, Summer Vacation Bible School, Monthly Movies and a Christmas Play with flying angels! And fishing trips and bowling too!
Worship at the Mt Baldy Cross
Some summer Sundays and always Easter Sunrise services. God's majestic setting and times of faith to refresh and to reflect.
